How Are Backlinks Valuable For A Website?

There is no doubt in my mind that those amoungst you who are aware of how Google works and getting your website to the top of the search engines will agree with me when I say that free backlinks are one of the top reasons why your site will get to the top! Even better if you can build them for free and with minimul effort!.

If you are new to internet marketing then very briefly a backlink is when all’s said and done another link from an alternative website that points to your website,you might hear them referred to as incoming links. So let’s say for example you wrote an article and put a link in the author resource box that points back to your website, that’s a backlink! Seems simple enough right? Another example is if you asked someone to put a link on their site to yours.

Most people would not have too many problems getting incoming linking but it will serve you better if you get your linking from other site with content similar to yours. So if your site is about gardening then you would be best to get links from other websites and articles about gardening, the reason for this is that the search engines love relevancy. So every incoming link that comes from a similar site will do more for your rankings. Relevant backlinks are far more impacting in a positive way.

If you are willing to work at it you can make good position for most key phrases, obviously there are some key phrases where there is already too much competition to get a decent ranking but there are plenty that you can rank well for. Often it boils down to who can build the most links, so if you want to beat the competition, foster more backlinks then they have and providing your content is relevant to your desired key phrase it’s probable you would beat them.

Pretty simple really. The key here though is to be regular, Google in particular gets excited when it sees links appearing often to your site, Google will take a high interest in you and for that reason will place you higher. If you just build a few links and then discontinue Google often gets dis-heartened and will drop your rankings and that must not happen!

It can be a real pain contacting website owners to ask them to link back to your site and it can also be a long and arduous process to get your content into the relevant places, Hours I have spent doing this before, it’s not pleasant! So really what we need is an automated solution where we can do the work once and then just forget about it and know that our links will be built for us. Or even better would be to have our backlinks built for us on Auto-Pilot so we don’t have to do anything!

I have been using a tool to do this for me for the last 6 months or so and it has developed me hundreds of inbound links which has gotten my rankings very high! Which has resulted in plenty of sales through my websites
